Well, looked at going to Port Douglas but what a hassle. Wellington to Auckland, Auckland to Brisbaine, Brisbaine to Cairns then the transfer up the coast
There are mutch easier ways to have a good break without being a tourist and thats to go back to Wonderful Bali for the 5th time.
No hassles as you know the ropes and the locals know you and make you very welcome.
I have even managed to talk the wife into going back.
Staying at the good old Jayakarta for the 4th time.
