i brought my own bike, but Pak Wayan from balicycling could assist you on getting a bike (here..i'm talking 27 speed mountain bike)..most of the bike rental offers the 21 speed which probably inadequate for real off-road biking.
Pak Ktut Aryadi also has several bikes that if you want to ride in Jimbaran, he may rent it or lend it for you. let me know if you're interested and would like to know his contact number.
