We have stayed there twice, and both times in the Deluxe Garden Chalets. Never had a problem with over booking. There are safes in the rooms, inside the wardrobe, all you have to do, is follow the unstructions, and set your own combination.
Overall it is a beautiful property, but not really family orientated for young children
They have a huge pool, swim up bar, great breakfasts, right on the beach
