i used www.onlinetravelinsurance.com.au which are allianz and mondial so must be the same people you are speaking about.
Cost me only $38 for 6 days in bali and did it online.No excess iether.Read through and seemed really good but I didn't have to make a claim.
Costing me $160 to do family, 2 weeks in Thailand so i thought that was good to.
I don't know that you can be sure of any of them but this one felt safe.
