for those that know Bali know that the best way to deal is in cold hard cash... Have a fist full of rupiah and negotiate the best price...
Even when in Bali negotiating the best price - it is hard to deal overthe phone...
Talk to the same person on the phone and they won't budge of price - go there and wave the money and they deal.
Alot of people/regulars would work this way. But for those looking for a friendly/easy way of planning their holiday, perhaps there'd be a limited market.
Not sure. Tough Call.
There are alot of Balinese that already do this over the internet.
