your first night....Nusa Dua, great place to chill the first day...second day too...get a massage there...then check out move to Ubud for 2 or 3 nights spa treatment....
I like the Nur Salon, or Milano..stay at Tegal Sari, it is really nice...overlooks the rice paddys and Mt Agung is in the back ground, great scenery...shop around Ubud, go to the monkey forest, white river rafting, Bali Bird and reptile park, or to one of the many tradition dances offered every evening at the palace...also check out the Ubud Traditional Market (There is alot to see and do there, so of course just make rooms for the ones that are important to you)...
Have someone pick you up in 2-3 days, drive either through Tegallalang and Kintimanti through the volcano, or go through Bedugal, the "Temple on the Lake" Lake Bratan, to Lovina...... both tours are awesome, either way you win, you can go one way over and a different way back, you will see so much on this trip, you will be in a state of awe.. stay a night or two in Lovina they have early morning dolphing looking, there is also air panis in Banjar they are the Hot springs, there is a restaurant above, and a lot of shopping on the short walk to the hotsprings, it's fun and the Largest Buddist Montestary on Bali is right near the Hot Springs. Also Mengenjan Island offers some of the most wonderful snorkeling..it is only about an hours drive from Lovina, also nice countryside and a Huge National Forest, to pass through... not to mention that Lovina Central has some nice restaurants, music, it is a quaint little village, near the beach...it;s fun.. Git Git water Fall is near Singaraja..everyone refers to Lovina as Singaraja, also in that area...these are just idea as to what is there...I know you want to chill...the trip over and Back to Lovina can fufill alot of you dreams...
Everyones says they have the perfect diver...well I also have the perfect driver...speaks great English, is in this business for more than just the money, he truely loves the people, and love sharing it with them..his prices are very reasonable...to the North say from Kuta it is about 300,000 for a full day, stopping here and there, taking you to places you mention that you want to see..his name is Ketut (Sami)HP# +6208123846750..your last few days, you can either go to Sanur, check out that area...Giyra Sandrian is nice.., or go to Legian or Seminyak.,...or head back down to Nusa Dua....or perhaps stay in the cabins near Ulu Watu...you have choices..good luck finding all the time.. personally speaking though, if this is you're first time to Bali, this will be a very good way to see alot of the Island. You can do some of the things mentioned in a earlier post, waterboom Park, Tahalot Temple, Sunset at Kuta Neach on Sunday, when back in the south.. water sports will be cheaper in Lovina...
Now if you want this to be a tatal chill vacation....this could be more that you're interested in doing or seeing...., I just feel that it is better to wake up where you want to be, get started on your day there....then head out to the next area to explore...but spend a night or two...you may even want to head to Amed...that is going aroung the north east end of the Island...I am familiar with the area, but not nealy as much as I am with the areas I am writing you about.
PS is yhis enough paragraphs for you???? LOL ;)
