My daughter did the same thing. 18 last year. She was planning to go to schoolies in Bali. We thought we'd all go (but not stay with her of course). Her friends dropped out and wanted to go to Surfers.
She didn't want to go so we decided to go to Bali still. THEN when we got back she decided she would like to go to Surfers after all.
I think they've got us old bags conned.
Loved your prices. Makes you appreciate how good we have it in Bali.
