Using AAPT as a ISP...

Firstly to make this post 'legal'...I think Bali is a great place for a holiday.Now that is the Bali connection part done I want to get into the meat and potatoes part of this post. Can any forumite in Australia tell me if they are using AAPT as an ISP. At present I'm forking out $30 a month to telstra as my ISP and AAPT are advertising a $10 a month deal, with unlimited downloads, providing they are already the carrier for local and long distance calls on the landline phone. If anyone could please advise I would be very grateful
