I've read on this BTF that this happens quite a bit with garuda (love to no why) we got back from bali last monday... were meant to have been leaving the sunday (flying garuda). got our luggage ready headed off to the airport... we had been there roughly an hour when read on the screen that it had been delayed till the following morning we were told this was because of the fog in perth!! i dont think alot of passenger were falling for it!!!
as u say it's good for some but there are alot of people having to go back to the work the following day etc.... & i know if this had of happened to us on the way to bali i would have been very disappointed as we were only going for 5 nites so it would have lost us a day in bali!!
