Tha VOA is still $25 us dollars and I would say only take cash money to exchange.You get a much better rate than travellers cheques.It is best to take only $100 bills too as they will give you a lesser rate for $50's.Now as far as the money goes I would follow a fellow forumites advice and take your money in sealed envelopes with a note in front numbered 1 to however may you have got and I put $200 in each envelope and then I knew exactly how much money I had left without having to count it all out in front of everyone at the reception desk.Enjoy !!
