The clothes I gave the trainees were not brand new, but were fashionable and all would have fitted the girls. Believe me, it was not meant to insult anyone, I honestly meant it as a kind gesture and please forgive me I probably did derive more pleasure from giving than the receivers.
P.S. There were jeans and woollen jumpers in the bags.
