my friend owns the hotel, norman rowe, he is from wa. it is a lovely hotel, but if your going with kids it is really a couples hotel, or older clientele, also it is a fair way out of the shopping strips, but a lovely pool also beautifully appointed bungalows, staff is friendly food is good, also has a shuttle service to legian and kuta hope this helps a bit, also norman did so much work for the bomb victims, he spent so much of his own money it was unreal, anyhow if you choose this hotel i know you will be well looked after
