a lot more detail in Rough Guide to Bali and Lombok. My edition is 4th edition, September 2002, not sure if there is an updated one. It has so much detail (even the 'secret' beach at Padang Bai). I found it invaluable for the history of areas, details about temples so you could choose which one! to go to, details of smaller hotels/homestays .. depends what you want the guide book for. I liked the detailed maps and photocopied them into a trip book to put in my daily backpack.
