Nothing to do in Changi and I am sure Le Meridien is no longer open.
The city is only 25 mins from the airport and heaps to do and see.
We stayed at Clarke Quay at the New Otani. Very good hotel. Wonderful views as the hotel starts on the 7th floor above a good shopping centre. Clarke Quay and the river are at the front door and Orchard road is just around the corner. Excellent flea market there on Sundays - some amazing bargains.
