Totally agree with the above poster about using a company to do the legwork for you.

Ten years ago we used what was then a small outfit called "Katrina'a Bali Weddings" which is now a big business called Bali Weddings International. We were the oldest runaways in Bali I think. 2nd marriage for us both and couldn't face a "wedding day" as such. We did the deed at Bali Mandira hotel. Actually I believe they have their own hotel wedding planner now as many hotels do. It was just great and so stressfree, sunset overlooking Kuta beach. We still meet beach sellers who were "at our wedding". The owner is an Australian lady married to an Indonesian man which really elimated the communication problem since she is a fluent Bahasa Indonesia speaker.

My advise to you would be to contact a couple of wedding planners, a couple of hotels, and the site the forum administrator gave you and compare the prices and services.
