I think you've done a good job. One thing though I wouldn't book drivers far ahead by more than one day just in case you enjoy the spot you're in so much you'd like extra time free. There are plenty of good drivers of course recommended on this forum but they can be busy so booking ahead may be needed. Never forget that there are also plenty of good drivers at every hotel gate and down every street.
I'm a bit two faced here come to think of it because when in Bali we try to use random drivers because not everyone has the good luck to get a mention on sites like this. Then I come back from Bali and plug my new friends shamelessly!
