The best we found, for rate and friendly service, was always Jineng Tourist Service (funny name for a money changer) on Hanoman Street at 22X, ph 976 488. We've been enough times to know the scams now and are always doubly wary when higher than usual rates are offered but these ladies were either totally honest or the best note shufflers we've ever come across in Bali.
