Hi Finima,
We walked through Buala Village in April and sadly Poco Loco was shut (and had been for some time).
It is a real shame as the locals had put so much effort into creating a real nice and cosy eat street with a collection of nice shops to browse after dinner.
Alot of the other restaurants such as The Hahn, TJ's and one of the Ulam's were also closed. The Neylan was still open but looked like it was struggling.
The area around the Novotel up at Tanjung Benoa seems to be the place to be at present for great cheap restaurants. Try these (they all pick up and drop back at Nusa Dua):
