It's hard to give advice when we don't know what you're interested in, but here goes..... Jimbaran Bay is a lovely, relaxing spot and you'll certainly want to spend one late afternoon/evening walking on the beach at sunset, before a seafood meal at one of the beachside BBQ restaurants. Everyone has their own favourite.

Have a day in nearby areas - visit Kuta, do some shopping, have a lovely lunch at La Lucciola or Ku De Ta, have a spa, sunset at a beach bar. Dinner wherever you didn't have lunch.

Book a driver for a day tour further into Bali, see some lovely places such as Tampaksiring. Have lunch in Ubud, stroll around the lovely museums and galleries there, more shopping, have an early dinner and go to a dance performance in the evening.

Have a day on the water if you like water sports, eg a day trip to Lembongan Island or a snorkelling trip (make sure there isn't too much driving and too little snorkelling!)

And keep shopping. Have a lovely time.
