Or I should say, most honest, and if you want to know where the Ubud expats "exchange" their money, it's with Pak Purpa. He is located between his silver shop and art gallery on Jalan Monkey Forest, diagonally across from the foot ball field.
Another good bet is PT Central Kuta. They are right next to the dress shop Animale on Ubud Main Road.
