While there IS some proper natural things you can buy in Bali,
you would find it difficult to bring them back into Australia.
(that is if declared)
One thing you will find a lot in Bali at the moment is guy's
going around with these small pocket size flask shape bottles
which has some kind of plant inside it - they say "is good for you".
It is meant to sooth all problems, I never bought any. Lost count
of how many times I said Tidak ! to them (at many different places
from Kuta to Ubud).
Just be careful what you are being offered.
