I can give you a sketchy overview.
Rotary are donating bikes to children in Bali via the schools and orphanages. The children dont actually gets the bikes to keep, but rather on lend, to the neediest.
I believe on 12th October this year there will be a 'procession' of bikes rather than an anniversary 'celebration'.
I think, for every aud$25 we donate, Rotary adds $25 and another bike is provided. I think the aim is for 300 bikes.
