yew a few days a go,i was saw the hotel acctually the located is in in front of the Kuta beach Hotel,but unfurnotelaly they don't have rooms facing to the beach.but i admit the hotel is good and the rooms also because they are a new hotel so no wonder.
for the rate they still offer special rate for at the moment.
