For the first three days is okay staying in kuta, but if you want to see more nature, go to ubud, lovina, amed, etc. But if you want to stay close to discotique, stay in kuta. Kuta area is not that difficult to get hotel, but it is indonesian holiday now, you will see alot of indonesian in kuta.
