stayed at the MBR last month and whilst parts are in need of some TLC (old pool and the older rooms) we got connecting rooms in the new section (1 year old)which were quite good and the pool there also much better than the older pool. The staff are great and the rooms huge. The MBR location at Legian is great - we found Kuta to full-on and it wore thin by the 2nd trip there. We will probably try and stay at the Puri Raja next time which is next door to the MBR and is slightly smaller and appears a bit nicer...but then the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence.... Whatever you decide, you will have a great time
