Would you know the difference between a good diamond and a lesser quality one, or to be more precise the difference between a real diamond and cut glass, if you are unsure well it's buyer beware!
Mind you, you don't have to go to Bali to get taken, however at least if you buy from home and your not happy or you think you've been had, you can at least go back to the Jeweller and get it sorted out.
Why not 'force the issue' and get him to buy it Duty Free on the way out! {;o)
