All have balconies, but I think some of the suites at the front dont - I've never stayed there.
The TV has lots of cable channels, rooms are clean & in quite good condition. The restaurant is great for brekky & right overlooking the ocean. And the best happy hour 3-6pm 50% of ALL drinks :-))
Staff are fab.
We love it as we always go back!
