It has been found that the average traveller is suffering an unusual amount of eye strain from the dazzle of Balinese Smiles. Rather than impose sanctions upon the width of these peoples' smiles, or the lustre of the golden skin off which they reflect, it has been decided that Travellers are to be issued with a pair of Sun-glasses with each ticket. The cost of these glasses are recoupable from Medicare as they are calculated to save the Govt' a great amount og cash in treating the eye strain of returnees.
