Mie Goreng noodles- about 40 cents per packet. ( The are in a packet the same size as Maggies 2 minute noodles except the Mie noodles have little sachets of sauce, dried onions and mild chilli sauce inside the main packet.
I bring the noodles just to boiling point and then drain. Heat some oil in a hot pan and add finely chopped Bok Choy, grated carrot, some fresh garlic and either finely diced cooked chicken or soe small prawns. After about 2 minutes i add the noodles and sachets and stir thru.
I serve with the fried egg on top. My kids reckon its pretty close to the mie goreng in Bali.
