hassled yet in 4 trips. We always arrive very early for check-in. It stands to reason that as the plane gets fuller they have to crack down on bigger weights ( & make some pocket money!). On our last return home, late June, we had 2 suitcases, one weighing 34kgs, one 28 kgs. Our 3 very large carry-on bags weighed approximately 15kgs each, and we had about 3 medium sized plastic bags also. We always try to carry our heavy on-board luggage as casually as possible to make it look light!!! We put them down right in front of us, ie sort of hidden by the check-in counter. Of course we talk lots about what a wonderful time we've had etc, etc, and smile a lot. It must all depend, but so far so good for us, at least!
