Bamboo 4 was a Raja Suite yes with air con. and no problem with road noise didnt notice it unless outside during the day and then wasnt really bad. I hope you enjoy your holiday. Make sure you go for the Balinese Boreh then you will know what we are talking about.... hahhaaa
