bakungsari - kuta.... didnt like, run down, pool not bad,location too far inland not in good area but good price if thats what you are after. ananda cottages - ubud...agree about distance but if you dont mind walking, lovely cottages in rice fields, charming balinese rustic rooms. Stayed there twice in different styles of rooms, two pools, the newer one is great....loved ananda.
