Hi Tia,
I just got back from Bali today, and I got hit with excess baggage (22 kgs over)and Its $10 US/kilo.
For some lucky reason, they let me off, and I only had to pay for 5kgs!!
Just try to pack all of your heavy stuff into your carry on bag, and if you love shopping like I do, dont take much over with you!!
