Most of Kuta & Legian are almost finished & looks very good. Just large concrete manhole covers to be put in place in some areas. Tuban is a mess. Only in Bali do you see them digging up roads & re-enforced concrete with a chisel & sledge hammer. Its a laugh to watch but they get there in the end.
