I know, I know! And I should know by now. We have a saying stemming from when we were in Bolivia. We stayed at the Sheraton in La Paz because the black market money change at 500% left us laughing at how cheap it was. Anyway we arrived and were having a ridiculously cheap cocktail in the bar on the top floor looking out at the beautiful snow capped peak of Illimani towering over the city. We nearly went to get the camera but decided we would take a pic of it the next day. Well, of course, we never saw it again. The clouds came down and that was that. So to this day we try to do things while we can and we say "Remember Illimani!".
Unfortunately, Illimani deserted me that day in Hary's Grosir when I saw the dish of my dreams.
