We have stayed at this hotel a number of times and thoroughly recommend it for larger groups and in particular families. The last time we were there was April last year. Our kdis are now aged 7 and 4.
We normally split the bulk of our stay at the Suites and spend the last week in Kuta. We are going again in September.
The staff at the suites are great. There are two pool areas, one for the kids with waterslide and supervised kids club (although we did not leave our kids there). The second is quieter in the centre of the property. THe food is very family friendly and cheap.
The suites are large, with sattleite TV, Kitchen, dining/lounge (huge), balcony and two or three bedrooms. We have always got the 3 bedroom which has 2 bathrooms. WIth kids it is great becasue they can go to bed without the need for you also going to bed, which is the case in a hotel room.
The sister property is nearby (close to Bali Beach Hotel) and has alternate dining options, which are ok. Also a great gym. There is a shuttle between the two properties and also a courtesy shuttle to the main Sanur Beach area.
Whilst the location is on a busy by pass road, when you are in the resort you would not know that. It is really nice. Transport is VERY EASY, either book with hotel or cheaper get a blue taxi from the front of the suites, simply flag them down - no problem at all.
We highly recommend it - we know the kids will love it!
