There was an article in the West Australian newspaper today about an estate in Bali called Puri Gading. It is near Jimbaran Bay. You can apparently buy a two bedroom home there for about AU$35,000.00, add airconditioning and a pool and total cost AU$80,000.00.
There is an Australian real estate agent there and seems to be sure that buying land with a sponsor is safe! Does anybody know anything about this. Seems too good to be true.
