My daughter was going with my mum and her ticket came back with only half her surname (it's hyphenated). I rang and they said that was OK. Luckily I knew better and asked to speak to the agents boss. They reprinted it and sent it in a few days.
My mum would have been in a complete panic if she had got to the airport and discovered the problem.
Now I always triple check everything on the ticket.
Friends of mine went to Bali for the fisrt time last month. They went to the travel agent to get everything. But the agent forgot to give them the tickets. They didn't realise as they thought it must be done electronically. Luckily it was sorted out.
Lucky you looked and have time. Some people don't get their tickets until close to departure date.
