because after you pay, the next desk is right behind and the guy is waiting for you.
Just like the old immigration lines but now there are 2 desks with the pay one at the front and the stamping desk directly behind.
Then through to X-ray and to pick up luggage as before.
Therefore one queue for 2 processes.
Quick & easy for us.
Paid for 2 with a $50 note, then stamped and through to luggage in about 3 minutes.
