plus something like an $18 connection or something silly like that... I'd recommend buying a Bali Sim & texting a few people your new number whilst in Bali, they can then pass it on to others & every 3 or so days check your home sim card & see if you've missed anything!?
Do not answer any calls... It really will cost you!
