I'll certainly check this one out. I'm comfortable just turning up unexpected and negotiating face-to-face.
I was in Padang Bai a couple of times last year and snorkelled at Blue Lagoon. I really got a liking for the place and intended to stay there, but for one reason or another stayed for 3 and a half weeks in Candi Dasa instead of doing PB, Amed and Ubud as well.
I intend to rectify that this year.
