Not seen it but have lots of info on my site & have read lots here on BTF.
Have only walked past it and it's in a good location with the beach just out front.
Was some work going on (digging up the ground etc) in the open grassed area near the road when we walked past this time.
Can't really comment further than that sorry.
These days I prefer smaller cheaper places to both Puri Raja & Melasti so don't check the bigger ones out much anymore.
