Here is some info on Kids clubs -
You can find this and more information in the archives.
Looks like a lot of people recommend the Bali Dynasty.
Another thing you should do is go and get latest Bali brochures from your local travel agent. All the hotels listed should say "kid friendly" or "kids club" etc.
Our children are a bit older, so were ok without needing extra stimulation (like in a kids club). I also know a tour company that provides kids packs in the car while touring - helps keep them occupied while mum and dad enjoying the tour. E-mail me if you want more information about this.
I hope this maybe of help.

We have stayed there twice. It was a great introduction to Bali in that the its a bit out of the busy areas - like Kuta. We enjoyed the hotel when the children were smaller but as they got older they wanted to run around alot more so we have stayed in Legian twice in more family orientated hotels. We had a loft suite which was very roomy and comfortable. Get your breakfast included as is it expensive to eat in the hotel. Only costs a few dollars to get a taksi into Kuta or Legian to eat your dinner. Also when we first started going to Bali there weren't so many of the seafood restaurants there. But all you have to do is walk off the grounds at the beach and there are loads of seafood restaurants for dinner. Some are so expensive now, and this month we couldn't believe that in 16mths they had increased so much. Great sunset tho.
And compared to Australian, still reasonable prices.
Hotel had great pools but because of its size everything seems to have a little walk to get to. The kids club (if you have little ones) was fabulous then. The staff dressed our youngest up in traditional costume and took both boys fishing and they baked bread in the kitchens. We enjoyed it both times but our kids are older and want to behave (noisily) and run around more.

We returned from Bali last week and we stayed in the Bali Dynasty. We also have 3 boys, ages 11,9,5. We stayed in an executive suite, as they adviced us that the kids' suites would be slightly cramped with 3 kids. The executive suite has two large bedrooms, and are well worth the US$135/night we paid. Also, when you stay in an executive suite, you only pay for 2 adults for your meals, all 3 kids eat for free!
We found the service absolutely fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Bali Dynasty. The only thing that worried us was the roadworks in that area, but that should (hopefully) be over by the time you plan to go.

Resort, Head for the Bali Dynasty Tuban ( south Kuta). Its walking distance from Kuta square, and there are plenty of resturants near it. The hotle itself has some lovely resturants, great kids club, fun activities, and a nice spa.

Stayed at Dewi Sri (down from Sari Club memorial) in January. Whilst a bit spooked at first about location, we ended up really enjoying it. Before we had styed Legian/ Seminyak. Not many kids but great mix of people. Kids had a ball with young ones. Good pool for kids, next to restaurant and "old" rooms built around pool/ restaurant (get ground floor rooms if you have surfboards). While not our first choice of hotels on this occasion (booked at last minute), we had a great time. But in Legian/ Seminyak if you are used to Dynasty, maybe try Padma or Jayakarta.
