It is the wet season. It's like asking what's it like in the Snowy mountains in Winter.
Yes it's winter. Yes it usually snows but weather being what it is (unpredictable). Who knows.
I was in Queensland in the middle of winter sunbaking on the beach AND i got burnt.
I have been to Bali for a month in January (middle of the rainy season) and had 2 days of rain.
Other people have gone out of rainy season and had a week of solid rain.
Even if it rains it's still warm. No use worrying about it. Just enjoy yourself.
