(I know it's not recent) and have booked again for this December. The hotel is definitely not luxury but it's certainly better than budget. We had no complaints and the staff were great (as was the breaky!). Have read Mickter's other post but cannot comment on another persons experience. As for the sewer/road works, well I don't think the hotel could have done anything about that. The location is excellent and we weren't bothered by the renovations at the hotel (didn't notice it actually) or the building going on next door. Hope you enjoy your stay and am looking for your report when you return in October please.
