I know that Air Paradise is usually full up weeks (months!) in advance, but I do know that AA is usually the last to fill.
Have you spoken to flight center about Garuda (cattle class) or AA ?
I know the problem with AA is that you have to go out of Sydney (which is ok if your in Sydney to start with).
