Hi there Balisunset,
Really depends on the prevailing winds. October is the beginning of the wet season and as a rule of thumb during this season it is offshore on the Sanur/Nusa Dua side. Nyang Nyang is half and half with the wind crossshore but still surfable. In the dry season winds which you may experience, Kuta Reef,the Airport reefs, Uluwatu, Bingin, Dreamland, Padang Padang and Canggu have the offshore breeze.
