Alough it isn't on the beach, I would suggest the Bounty Hotel. It is well known to be a 'young persons' party hotel with a lot of students and backpackers staying there. Alot of young kids tend to hang out it that general area also at the restruants and shops near by. And most facilities, including the pool, are open 24HRS!!!!
I don't think they will find a 'young person's' party hotel on the beach and the Bounty is only a short walk anyway
