you enjoyed your stay in CD, it's one of our favourite towns in Bali, small but very friendly. Sad to hear T.J's has gone, they always served very good food there. Amazed that you had met Ketut, he and/or his brother have been our drivers in the past , sensibly priced and really helpful wonderful people. Also amazed you like gecko sarongs, I bought my first one in The Asri Kodak shop.
Have not stayed at Kubu Bali but we always reckon they serve the best food and kopi in CD. Hopefully we will be there later in the year. Thanks for your jbr. Enjoy the day (as Ketut and his brother would say).
