Just take your NZ dollars. Best to take new $100 bill (make sure they are not torn or marked in any way). Be a little careful when changing money, the Kodak shops are the best - or the Wartel money changers. Kuta Central in Kuta square is also recommended. Don't venture into the hole in the wall type money exchangers with really good rates, you will be guaranteed to be ripped off. When you have exited Customs & you are in the Arrival lounge there are several money changers, there rates are pretty good and it would pay to change $20 or $50 so you have some local money in your pocket.
